PHBA SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES & BENEFITS

PHBA depends on the generosity and the support of local businesses such as yours. Thank you for your past generous support of the Pleasant Hill Baseball Association.  PHBA is in its 51st year of providing quality youth baseball and softball to boys and girls for ages 5 through 16.  PHBA’s mission statement of “Every Kid Plays” was created in 1958.  “Every Kid” can play in the Pleasant Hill Baseball’s system regardless of where they live or their skill level.  We will have over 1,200 kids playing this year. Your donations help buy new safe equipment, repair fields, provide scholarships, and provide quality training/clinics not only for the players but coaches and umpires

PHBA belongs to the Positive Coaching Alliance and provides training to the volunteer coaches.  PHBA also offers scholarships and donates equipment for children whose families may not be able to afford the league fees.  PHBA is an IRS reg. 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation and your generous donation may qualify for a charitable donation.

We have 3 different Levels of Sponsorship this year.

MAJOR LEAGUE LEVEL    $325.00

• Team uniform with sponsor’s name on the sleeve
• Sponsor banner brought to each game
• Sponsor plaque with Team picture and Thank You
• 2 PHBA Banquet admissions
• Recognition in the PHBA Yearbook distributed to over 1,000 families.

WORLD SERIES LEVEL     $475.00

ALL STAR LEVEL     $975.00

• All of the above plus:
• Company Logo printed on the back of all PHBA All Star Jerseys.
• Company Logo/Ad Space on the PHBA website with a Link to your business website
• Free ½ page Ad Recognizing all Sponsors with Company Logo in The Pleasant Hill/Martinez Record

HOW TO SPONSOR AND ANY QUESTIONS?

You can fill out and return the Sponsor Form or sign up at the PHBA registration dates of
Sat Nov 7 10a-2p
Sat Nov 21 10a-2p
Sat Dec 5 10a-2p. 

PHBA can now accept VISA or MasterCard payments.  Returning sponsors will be given priority for team uniform selection and then on a first come first served basis.

If you would like to donate materials such as water bottles, equipment,make a general donation or make a matching contribution along with your company please contact the sponsor chairperson Brian Bonney.  We will provide you with PHBA’s EIN # for your charitable donation.
