2010 Fall Season
1. We are going to use Sportability to register for tryouts. This will be a no fee registration and just a way to get everyones information. Registration is now open.  Click on the link below to register.

2. For the Baseball side, there will be two 10U teams, two 12U teams, and one 14U team. This can change depending on the number of kids that register and come to tryouts. The anticipated tryout date is Sunday 8/22/10. This needs to be confirmed along with times. Practices would start shortly after tryouts with games to begin around 9/12/10 and go thru approx. 11/14/10.  Practice dates and times are yet to be determined.  Games will be on Sundays.  There is no practice or games on Saturdays. (The cut off date for the various age groups is 4/30/2011. So it's what age your kid is as of 4/30/11 that determines what group your child will tryout for.)

12U - 8/22/10 (1:00 pm to 3:00 pm)
14U - 8/22/10 (10:00 am to 12:00 pm)

3. For the Softball side, there will be one 10U team, one 12U team, and one 14U team. This can change depending on the number of kids that register and come to tryouts. Practice and tournaments dates and times will be determined by the manager. (The cut off date for the various age groups is 12/31/2009. So it's what age your kid was as of 12/31/2009 that determines what group yoru child will tryout for. For example, if this past spring season, your child played in the 10U division, they would again tryout for the 10U team.)

4.  If you cannot attend the anticipated tryout dates, on the baseball side you will need to email Russell Carroll, Traveling Commissioner at phtravelball@aol.com to schedule an alternate tryout; on the softball side, you will need to email Steve Mitolo, Girls Tournament Team Commisioner at sdmitolo@astound.net to schedule an alternate tryout.

5. Costs for these team are still to be determined and will vary from team to team. More info to follow.

6. We need managers for all baseball teams. If you are interested in being a manager, you will need to email Russell Carroll, Traveling Commissioner at phtravelball@aol.com .

Wait List for 2010 Spring Season

Registration is now closed but there may be some open spots in your league.  Go to Sportability website via the link at the bottom of the page.  Follow directions on the Sportability website to signup for the waitlist.  If we can place your child on a team, you will be contacted via email.

2010 PHBA League Fee's
1st Child $160.00
2nd Child $140.00
3rd or more $100.00 per

Volunteer Deposit (Available Online) 
$75.00 per child with a Max of $150.00 for two or more children.
A buyout option is available of $125.00 per child with a Max buyout of $250.00
(A separate check will be required if you do not register online and register in person)

In Person Registration - Mandatory
Please note: After you register online, print 3 copies of your registration form (it will be attached to your confirmation email) and then you will need to attend the in person late registration date at the PHBA Sports Complex (2 Santa Barbara Rd, Pleasant Hill, CA 94523).  Time and date to be determined.

At these events, you will need to bring:
3 signed copies of your registration form
A copy of your player's birth certificate for us to review
If you do not attend one of the in person registration dates noted above, your child(s) registration will not be complete.

Payment Options:
You will be prompted to pay online with a credit card as part of this registration process.

Refund Policy:
PHBA reserves the right to refuse the return of your registration fee.
No refunds after Jan 28, 2010 for any reason.
