MANAGER & COACH REQUIREMENTS

All managers and coaches are required to attend 2 manager/coach clinics as offered by PHBA to be eligeble to manage or coach.  New managers and coaches to PHBA are required to attend a PCA clinic as part of their 2 required clinics.

1. Managers are in charge of their team. They need to make sure the team coordinators are doing their jobs such as team basket, photo day, volunteers for everything like snack shack. Failure of no show to the snack shack will be a loss to the team during the year for each violation.
2. Managers shall be in charge of signing off team volunteers to get their LAFF money back.
• Team Coordinator, basket, photo, picture, trophies, and team meetings.
• Scorekeeper that does all the games.
• Field prep for all the home games for the entire year.
• By May 1st you must turn in all the volunteer sheets will all the names on it 
3. If a manager can not control their team or volunteers in an organized manner it will be up to the league commissioner to make a decision if the volunteer checks will be cashed.
4. It will be up to the manager to make the team score keeper post the scores and standings after every game.
5. If there is any problem call the league commissioner.
6. If there has been no problems that has occurred during the season, you will receive free entry in to the Banquet and the Coaches picnic.
7. The manager has the right to deal out volunteer jobs as he or she sees necessary.
8. All managers, coaches and spouses will have entry to the P.H.B.A. Banquet (dinner, drinks and games not included).
9. Double check field prep person for locking boxes and putting base indicator sack after every game.
