* Top 2 pool winners advance, They will be seeded 1,2,3 and 4by record first
* If there is a tie, seeding will be determined by runs allowed.
* If there is a tie, seeding will be determined by runs scored.
* If there is still a tie, seeding will be determined by a coin flip

Field Locations
* Sequioa - Sequioa Middle School, 265 Boyd Road, Pleasant Hill.  The 14U field is the closest of the two from the parking lot.
* PHMS1 - Pleasant Hill Middle School #1 - Behind Pleasant Hill Middle School, One Santa Barbara Road, Pleasant Hill.
